📦 Order Cancellation
We move fast so your Nutriveen Gut Balance reaches your family without delay.
The moment your order is placed, it enters our automated fulfillment system — it's logged, picked, and packed for shipping right away, often within a couple of hours.
Because of how quickly this happens, your order is frequently already prepared and queued to ship before your tracking number is generated and emailed to you. Tracking details usually arrive within 6 hours of your order (up to 24 hours on weekends and holidays), even though your package is already moving through fulfillment behind the scenes.
Here's what that means if you'd like to cancel:
Before your order enters fulfillment: we can cancel it and issue a full refund. Because fulfillment begins automatically and quickly, this window is short — so please reach out as soon as possible.
After your order has entered fulfillment or been packed: we're no longer able to stop it, even if your tracking number hasn't reached your inbox yet. An order without a tracking email is not an order sitting untouched — it's very likely already packed and queued to ship.
Once your order is on its way: you're fully covered by our 30-Day Peace-of-Mind Guarantee from the moment it arrives.
⚠️ Orders in transit cannot be refunded. Once your order has shipped, we must wait until it is marked as delivered before any refund or return can be processed. If you no longer want your order, simply wait for it to arrive — then, as long as the product is unused and the seal is intact, you can start a return through our unopened-return process below.

🛡️ Physical Returns — Unopened Products Only
Nutriveen Gut Balance is a consumable children's health product. For safety and quality reasons, opened or used bottles cannot be restocked or resold — which is why we can only accept physical returns of products that are completely unused, with the original seal intact.
If your product has been opened or used, a physical return is not possible. In that case, you may instead be eligible for our 30-Day Peace-of-Mind Guarantee (see below), which does not require shipping anything back.
How unopened returns work
- Contact us first. Email support@nutriveen.com to request a return authorization. The return address will be provided only after your return is authorized — unauthorized returns cannot be refunded.
- Returns are shipped internationally to our fulfillment facility. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility and are not reimbursed — we already cover free shipping on every order we send to you.
- A tracked shipping method is mandatory. We cannot issue refunds for returns sent without tracking, or for returns lost in transit. Please keep your tracking number until your refund is confirmed.
- Inspection before refund. Once your return arrives at our facility and passes inspection (seal intact, product unused), your refund is processed within 3–5 business days to your original payment method.
- Original shipping protection fees are non-refundable.
📦 Damaged or Defective Orders
If anything arrives damaged, leaking, or defective:
- Email us at support@nutriveen.com within 48 hours of delivery
- Include your order number and photos
We'll send a replacement right away at no cost to you.
Please note: minor scuffs on outer packaging that don't affect the bottle are normal during shipping. Damage claims submitted after 48 hours of the confirmed delivery date are not eligible for replacement.
💛 Nutriveen 30-Day Peace-of-Mind Guarantee
We know that choosing a new supplement for your child is not a decision you take lightly. That's why our guarantee is designed to give you real peace of mind — while keeping every child safe.
This policy applies to all first-time Nutriveen customers.
The 30-Day Guarantee is for customers who have used the product consistently and haven't seen results — it is separate from our unopened-return policy and does not require shipping anything back.

✔️ Use Nutriveen Gut Balance consistently for at least 3 weeks
The 11 plant extracts in Nutriveen Gut Balance work in stages.
The first phase gently begins supporting the gut's natural balance. The next phase helps calm and restore the gut environment. The final phase supports healthier digestion, mood, and daily balance.
Because this process happens gradually and gently — without harsh purging — it can take at least 3 weeks of consistent daily use before the full benefits begin to show.

Just reach out within 30 days of your delivery date.
📌 Important: What the Guarantee Is — and Isn't
The 30-Day Peace-of-Mind Guarantee applies specifically to results: if you've used Gut Balance consistently for at least 3 weeks and haven't seen meaningful improvements, you qualify.
It does not cover:
- Refund requests before 3 weeks of consistent use
- Orders still in transit — refunds and returns can only be processed after your order is marked as delivered
- Change of mind or accidental orders that have already shipped (see our unopened-return policy above)
- Taste or texture preferences
- Subscription renewals or recurring orders
- Upsells, add-ons, or promotional upgrades
- Shipping delays (covered separately by our shipping policy)
Every request is reviewed individually by our team — submitting a request does not automatically trigger a refund.
📌 Eligibility
To keep our guarantee fair and sustainable:
- Valid for first-time purchases only
- Does not apply to subscription renewals or recurring orders
- Does not cover upsells, add-ons, or promotional upgrades

🌿 What You'll Receive
If you qualify for the guarantee, you will receive a refund for the value of your order, less a 10% handling fee to cover supply chain and processing costs.
Shipping fees and shipping protection are non-refundable.
